Hello, I would like to make an addition to this segment for a speed update. This one also will have to have the routing put to Unchanged to help me out if possible, Please and thank you!

Unlocked. Why do you want to lower the routing to Unchanged? It is consistent on this road.
Lower the routing because I have found that if the routing is set as one type higher, it puts it as R4 and i cannot make any changes. It will be unlocked to R3 but the routing keeps it at R4.
Try it now. Would lowering to 2 have worked.?
