A segment of Lee Hwy/US 29 NB is locked by a level 3 editor at the I-66 bridge. The adjacent (unlocked) segment traffic arrow is set to red. It should be green but I can’t change it, possibly because the next segment is locked. Here is the permalink to the locked segment. Please unlock it or let me know why I can’t change the arrow to green (yes, I’m new to waze).

I unlocked it for you.
Both the ‘from’ segment and the ‘to’ segment must be unlocked or locked at your level or lower in order for you to modify the turn arrow for that route.
Whenever you lock a segment or modify it in any way, if it is already locked, it now becomes locked at your level. If you get promoted later, the lock will ‘float up to your new level’.
