Someone monkeyed around with this whole intersection. Consequently, it appears that none of the ramps from S Park St/US Hwy 27 to Kramer St or from South St actually connect to US Hwy 27 because it’s locked.

I tried to fix the ramps best I could, but could a Level 5 reattach the ramps to Hwy 27?

I am an Area Manager, Level 3.
