Could a Level 5 editor in the LA area please review the following post:

I reviewed the area, and did not grant the Unlock Request based on the information I found. A Level 5 editor with better local knowledge of the area needs to address this.

Hopefully somebody else is closer then me to check it out. I would not be able to drive over to that area until sometime next week or even next weekend.
I am way up north of there (SF) and am not directly familiar with that area. Did someone check the new area manager layer to see who might also be able to comment on it? I believe Gettingthere is on a break for a period of time, so not sure if he will be responding to the inquiry.
