Need to prevent left turn from S Alverado onto 7th St. Left not allowed 7am - 7pm
Since it seems he hasn’t seen this please PM Shawndoc about this. Usually when a small section of road is locked it’s for a reason and he should be the one you ask to make the fix.

Re-locked. LA has a lot of intersections that are time restricted during both morning and evening rush hour, so we restrict the turns. Even with landmarks over the junctions explaining why they’re locked, there’s been a glut of people unrestricting them (probably responding to system errors), so I’ve taken to locking roads to prevent people from doing that.
In this case I did it for the turn at Wilshire, and missed that someone had enabled the turn on 7th prior to the lock.
