Unlock Request: Middle GA (Hwy 49/41 Area)

Need to have the highlighted segments of the Highway 49 split area unlocked. The area is under construction, and they’ve made major changes to the intersections. New roads have been correctly added in the editor, but turn restrictions and placement cannot be corrected because segments are locked.
