I’m trying to resolve a user error notification on the map. I was able to partially fix the problem (wrong directions) by changing one of the turn arrows from red to green on one segment, but on this segment, I need to change one of the turn arrows from green to red, but it is locked and I cannot make the change and resolve the issue completely that had been reported.
