I have unlocked it, and also fixed the turn segments while I was at it. Feel free to check if it needs fixing still 
I wonder who was the fella who went around naming roads in CAPS though. Looks funny :lol:

- Do not over use CAPITALS
- add end nodes to dead end streets.
- confirm the roundabout by setting country and state
