hi, the exchange between derby street in hingham mass, and route 3 south is broken. the road segments on derby street do not allow for turns onto the ramp to access route 3 south.
i am only a level 1 editor and it requires a level 5 to make these edits.

That’s because 1) you deleted a road that was there & then built a new one in it’s place and 2) the ramps are locked (as they should be).
You should NEVER delete segments in Waze - doing that deletes the underlying speed data (overall average speed, 10-15 minute window speed, time to turn data, etc).
I’ve removed the segment you created & have extended one of the other segments to cover the gap (to restore some of the speed data) and rebuilt the area.
