Is this to replace “US Unlock and Update Requests” and/or the MD GHO, or is this just an additional method for unlock requests?

This is hopefully a replacement for the US Unlock Requests. Managers can’t subscribe to a single state in the US Thread, so in the MAR we’ve added these threads that the SMs/AMs can subscribe to, and hopefully respond quickly. As always, the GHO is also monitored for requests, but they can get lost in the endless chatter.

Reason for unlock: I corrected the entrance to St. Paul’s UMC church to be 2 way. I need to update the turn permissions from the 2 segments of HG. Truman to allow turning into the parking lot.

Chesapeake Beach and Owings are on the border of my area so I left #1, #3 and #4 out completely rather than having someone else figure out what was not done. The rest are re-locked.
