Hi Everyone,
We wanted to inform you that in approximately two weeks, we will be removing users that have not logged in in the last 3 years, together with all their data.
We consider a login to be a login to either the WME or the Waze app.
This will be performed due to an internal requirement.
Please note we have also left out of the removal any users that:
- Have community roles such as Local Champs, Global Champs, Beta Testers, Beta editors, First Responders, Localizers, Traffic Events Managers.
- Are ads managers.
- Logged in to WME at least once in their lifetime as a user.
- Edited the map at least once in their lifetime as a user.
Users that will be removed will still be able to create a new account in the future if they wish to use the map and/or app.
While for now this is a one time removal, we are planning for this mechanism to run automatically in the near future. We’ll update you once we know more about it.
