Hi, I’ve been asked by VCU Health to edit all gps endpoints/directions for 1001 E. Leigh St Richmond, VA 23219. The address leads people to a front entrance along a no parking/loading lane. This is causing significan safety issues. We need to redirect gps directions to have patients end at the entrance to the 10th St parking gate, which is around the corner.
Seems weird that the front entrance is in a no parking /standing lane.
Waze tries to route to where people would drop off an elderly person to go into the building. We have separate parking lot areas for where to park of they want that.
Can you describe a little better where you want the routing ?
Looking at the WME describe where the parking gate is. I added a turn lane and parking lot road in the area so it should appear about midnight in the app
