Update military base gate hours for two segments in Chicopee MA Level 4

I would appreciate a level 4 editor to update the gate hours to Westover ARB military installation. Segment 509416274 for outbound traffic is only allowed Monday to Friday 0600-0900 and again 1500 to 1800. Inbound traffic is on segment 509416271 and is only allowed Monday to Friday 0600-0900. These gates are closed at all other hours. There are hours on one weekend a month, but that one is too hard to schedule here.

I’ve verified those times from the Westover ARB website and have amended several segments to the correct hours. The variable weekend schedule is, indeed, impossible to achieve with the current editing set up.

These should be live on the app in 2-3 days.
