It looks like no one has responded so I took a look. The phone number listed matches your request, and has since the place was created in Waze on 9/6/21. What’s listed in the Google entry for the hotel is probably what you’re trying to change. However…

Note that their web site shows the number as 860-254-4311. I’m not sure where (860) 758-5400 comes from and why it would be preferred over the number provided on the web page.
