After looking into the matter it appears that The Sunny is scheduled to open sometimes in first quarter of 2026 according to the website you provided and on www.hilton.com/en/hotels/miaibqq-the-sunny-miami-sunny-isles-beach.
Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort does seem to be closed for new bookings already.
Can you please verify that The Sunny is not operational yet? Then we will mark it as such prior to its official opening.
