It is for the MO 364 and MO 94 interchange. It is where there is a half DDI at the location.
The MO-364/MO-94/Muegge Rd diverging diamond interchange is fully setup in Waze and went live the day it opened on June 22 thanks to the MoDOT press release announcing the ribbon cutting ceremony.

For what it’s worth, I did send a report to Google telling them that the old cloverleaf ramp was permanently closed and that the new completely reconfigured interchange was now open. I sent another report asking them to revise the area surrounding the I-270 & Lindbergh interchange, particularly as it pertains to the newly aligned Dunn Rd.
