Update Rural Road Speed Limit - Coal City

Received a speed ticket on what appeared to be a rural road (where speed limit would otherwise be 55 mph). I had tried to attach dash cam photos (with GPS coordinates) as evidence but it is not working based on “place inline” and warning icon.

Speed limit is only 30 MPH on the following sections of E Spring Rd within Coal City, IL (Grundy County):
SELECTED IDS: 76979483, 76979485, 76979487, 15484031

Speed limit drops to 25 for sections IDs:
76979486, 15477652, 15477577, 83303287
