We’re pleased to announce an update to UR handling standards that should help us keep the map clean and standards consistent with the rest of the PLN region.
Effective immediately, UR response times will change from 1/6/15 to 1/4/7 (a.k.a. 4/3). What it means as you’re running through the map:
Day 1 Try to solve the UR, or leave a message asking the reporter for more info. (no change)
Day 4 If there is no response, send a reminder to the reporter. (2 days sooner than old standard)
Day 7If the UR remains unsolvable, mark it “Not Identified” with an appropriate comment to the reporter. (8 days sooner)
