They can put anything they want on their website, but I’m wondering what the source of that is. I don’t see that street name on any official sources or in street view.
This is the official property website. Nevertheless, you can check Expedia.com https://www.expedia.com/Dubai-Hotels-Grand-Heights-Hotel-Apartments.h65306293.Hotel-Information.

Those mean nothing to a driver using the app. If they can’t see the name on a sign then it might as well be made up. Since I can see the current name on the road signs in street view, and no evidence that it’s been changed, I’m going to leave it.

Anyone can edit Google Maps, and that is not an official source, so that doesn’t make a difference.
Thanks for your reply, but not anyone can make updates there. Only people with direct access (often they are hotel managers or representative of a hotel chain) and then it goes through verification process from Google Support Team. Property has official address and this street address is incorrect 'Al Fosool S’t. Please let me know if you need an approval from property managers.
