Updating Directions for a Small Business

Hello!
I am a small business owner in Connecticut. Would someone be able to help me adjust the driving directions to our address? When our customers use Waze, it brings them to the completely wrong area - in a different parking lot. I have tried to make an edit myself and reaching out for assistance but no one can help. Please let me know what I can do or what can be done so that customers are coming to our business and not getting frustrated when they cannot find us via this platform.
