I have an issue when I want to update an image on wazeopedia.
We still see the old one while a new one has been uploaded. But not for all visitors.
An example (for me here) : https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/France/Fichier:WME_logon_screen_FR.png
I see the old version, and when I click on it, I can see the new version.

Is it a bug ? There is a cache to clean somewhere ?

Thank you for reporting.
Please note that there should be a delay when updating new pictures until you see them (~hour).
I’ll share your example with the dev’s as they are still working on fixing this bug.

The issue with images was fixed! Please try again now.
To be sure you see the last updated image, refresh with hard refresh.
On chrome:
ctrl + shift + f5
or:
Press f12
Then long press on refresh button and choose “Empty cache and hard refresh”

it seems to me that it’s a little better.
Now the image is correctly updated.
Example : https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/Commons/File:LG_2TàD.png#filehistory
It’s a square image with one segment selected.
But not updated on wiki page, even purging the page :
Example for Aile85 (co-writer) and me :
With the time, now it’s fine :
