UR time is UTC and not local time

The time displayed in the URs is UTC time (Greenwich) and not local time.
It looks as this starts after changing to summer clock (DST) in IL.

The team is still working on it. As far as can see, it may be a complex issue. I will post an update as soon as there is more information on this case.

was it directly resolved or a by product of another update?

I’ve checked the internal ticket and there hasn’t been an update from the team, so it was likely solved by some other change or update. I’ll keep the ticket open until confirmed.
