Urgent, Major road issue

Hello,

a major road in Amman is set to not allow drivers to proceed their route on it, here is the link for the segment, who has the ability to fix it would be very helpful for wazors on the road,

Just please unlock the followed segments from level 4 to level 3m and i will fix it.
