US-13 through Odessa

There is currently a UR in Odessa that mentions that the street name for US-13 on the white-on-green street blades (DelDOT owned) read “Dupont Pkwy”, whereas the white-on-black (Town owned) signs read “5th St” and “6th St”.

The Wiki article specifies a preference between a route number and street name, but does not specify a preference between two different jurisdictions’ street names.

How should we handle this?

How is mail addressed to businesses and residences along those stretches? I’d say that should add weight to determine which one is the winner.

Looks like they use 5th and 6th Streets. Good point.

For the sake of anyone lurking, the other choice should be put in as an alternate street name, of course.
