Waze is showing US 322 Southbound (at the Linglestown Road interchange, just north of Harrisburg, PA) as not continuous.
This results in Waze directing traffic traveling south from northern PA to take Routes 11/15, which are on the other side of the river and is not an acceptable alternate unless 322 Southbound is blocked.
The US 322 S interchange edit requires a Level 4 editor to indicate that 322 southbound continues straight.
