Noticed this one this morning - not quite sure what’s causing this issue, needs someone more knowledgable than me to get to the bottom of it!
Routing to “Argos, Plas Coch” in the app routes correctly to the front of the store as you’d expect. However, the link provided in the comment on the report only routes to a point on the A541 roundabout. Have asked for information on where the link was obtained - but would appreciate some assistance! Thanks.
Firstly the link provided is not to the Argos location, but the A541.
Secondly the user states they have routed to the location before so they are likely using bad cached data. They need to delete all instances of this destination from their recent history / saved locations and search again, though they seem to already have done this, they need to confirm that they still get the error.
Thirdly, never trust the LiveMap for route testing, always try to test a fresh route in your own app 
Fourthly… why did I label them like this… changes to Waze venues / places get updated in the up almost instantly so can be checked pretty much straight away, they don’t require a map tile update.
Finally, you really shouldn’t close a report until you are sure the problem has been resolved as it prevents the user replying via their app.
Hey Chris. Thanks for the response. I realised after a while that the user must’ve been using a cached destination.
Testing-wise, I did try a fresh route in the app, and it routed correctly - hence initial confusion as to why the user wasn’t seeing the same result.
The report was closed by another user - ‘garethni’ - not by me. I’m still at L1 (for another couple of hundred edits, at least!) so I can’t close reports yet (hence flagging it up here for assistance).
