I updated your permalink to include both segments you need unlocked, like this:
To create a multi-segment permalink, select all the required segments while pressing and holding the Ctrl key, then press the permalink button.
After you have connected your new PLRs, there will then be 4 segments that need to be relocked, so you will need to provide a new permalink with the 4 segments selected that need relocking.
