Vineland & Vineland (2)

I was driving through Vineland today on the West shore of Mille Lacs. It showed up on the client as Vineland (2). This bugged me, so I went to fix it. However, I couldn’t fix it because Waze thinks there’s already a Vineland somewhere else in Minnesota.

Well, in reality there’s a Vineland Township up in NW Minnesota. However, I don’t have editing rights all the way up there. And there’s no Area Manager up there either, so I’ve come here hoping for some assistance/guidance from a country manager.

There aren’t an exceedingly large number of roads in Vineland Township, and I’m sure with the WME add-ons script it could be fixed pretty easily. Is this a possibility? It’s going to bug me seeing Vineland (2) every time I drive through there… but if there’s nothing that can be done, I’ll learn to live with it. :wink:

I’ll get with Waze to address it.

I was editing that one day too near that area. I noticed it and somehow I ran into editor issues reporting can’t save. So I gave up, and well, forgot about it until you posted about it now.

They have some form that is available now, I’ll try and use that to see what they can do.

So, give me a week or so and I’ll try to get a response. Thanks for the post!

Just an update, I submitted the request, will be monitoring the status of the request through the next week, will update when I see a change or some response.
