What do you want to do to the segment?
It currently has a real time closure on it for preventing southbound traffic per VDOT’s announcement. We would have to pull it and then it would allow traffic to improperly be routed. Additionally depending on what the edit is we might be locked out from preventing traffic flow on the closure.
So it might take a bit to enact your desired change depending on what it is.
