I read that no voice alert is given if you are at or under the speed limit 500m from the camera. Why is this? A car can easilt exceed the speed limit in that distance. Why not simply voice alert to all cameras - fixed or mobile or red light? This improves safety by being abe to keep vison on the road, not the phone.

Thanks for the reply. But Iām wondering what is preventing this from being introduced anyway? It shoukd not need a vote or suggestion. I have seen it has been raised numerous times in numerous locations. It seems more like a moderator policy.

Most of us are volunteer map editors, we do not work for Waze and have no part in the development of new features for the app. The Uservoice allows the Waze development team to prioritise their roadmap based on user feedback.
