That would be cool and convenient.
Go to the client uservoice (link in sig) and search for voice. There are a couple in there already. Add your votes and perhaps this can become a reality!
It would be amazing if you could just press a button and speak out your report

Voice command integration is coming in a future version. It’s going to be a while though.
