yeah sometimes life takes priority over waze as its all volunteer
and somethings take a backseat or are forgotten thus why a bump is needed in these forums sometimes 
seems like a lotta head honchos have dispersed lately…
maybe its time for some new blood in the *reigns

Yes, dear mates,
it is that real live caught up with us…
The other point is that we where not exactly burried under applications, and the ones we got not exactly fitted in our expectations in matters of experience.
Still the most important factor was the volounteering, so we had to evaluate very thorough the candidates, which where for a position as a State Manager quite green…in edits, time with Waze,…
Still we didn’t rule anyone out but kept watching them and their activities - without telling to avoid influencing.
I’m telling this here in public for we want to be open about this to you all, you will understand due to the above we couldn’t do so before.
But finally we made it to reach a decision aaaaaand, the “winner” iiiiis…(pause for effect)
