There is a fixed red light and speed camera located on the intersection of Cunningham Hwy and Fitzroy St in Warwick - I have added a comment where it is located.
I see the option to add camera is greyed out in the editor for me so I assume I need higher rank to be able to add it?

I have checked and there already is a red light camera facing southbound mapped there https://waze.com/en-AU/editor?env=row&lat=-28.21442&lon=152.03571&marker=true&s=1125899977727253&zoomLevel=19&cameras=15861208. By default Waze does not have the camera layer active which is why you may not see the camera. You can enable the layer by clicking the layers button on the right and ticking the “speed cameras” layer under the road category.
Unfortunately, Waze does not currently support mapping dual speed and red light cameras, so only the red light camera can be mapped. You can read more about mapping cameras on this Wazeopedia page.

VG - Silly me, yes layer was off - been using Waze app for years but only just started editing so mainly reading and learning ATM, but did start some basic edits yesterday.
