Exactly who is listed on this? I ask because only one AM is listed for my state, I haven’t seen an edit from him/her in a while and there are several of us who are not listed. I’m guessing a complete list would be rather large but still useful.
Any AM who wants to be on this list can add themselves to it. Those who don’t want to be on the list aren’t on it, since it’s up to each AM to add himself or herself to it. 
I’m still in there and I added myself less than a week ago. 
btw: How can I find out the link for others to PM me? Looks like I need to append my user ID to
but I don’t know where to find it…

With the removal of the ability to view the userlist, which is where we could find our usernumber, it is extremely difficult to get a PM link now, if not downright impossible. I suppose you could use the Support form and ask them for your forum usernumber.
Or, you could go and enter a number after https://www.waze.com/forum/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&action=post&u= until you reach the person you want or you until reach 6592283 :lol:
FOUND IT.
Go to the User Control Panel, http://www.waze.com/forum/ucp.php, and hover over the Show Your Posts link. It gives your usernumber after author_id=.
Append that number to the link given previously, after u=: https://www.waze.com/forum/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&action=post&u=
