Waze API Request with Response of incidents

May you please kindly advice if there is a way to make API call (request) to Waze API with response of real-time incidents / road conditions etc. ?

I join the question, I would like to know if there is an api to report events and/or an api to receive events in real time, our use is for the Emergency Dispatch Center of our Fire Department, in Chile.
