I recently found a group in my area that are actively looking for “encounters” using the group function of Waze. Is this allowed(surely not)? If not, how do I report it?
edit: A search in groups using the keyword “hookup” simply to find the name of the group I mentioned above led to some surprising results. I won’t get on a high horse about ethics. I Just find it curious that this is allowed here.
Curious as to why it wouldn’t be allowed? If it’s not your cup of tea, and it certainly isn’t mine, then just ignore it.
Now if any members of the group start to post inappropriate pings or chit chats then that’s a whole different matter!

I don’t see a way for Waze to filter stuff efficiently, as people always will get around filters anyway. I suppose I will have to keep on my toes to block users who post that kind of stuff. I really don’t want to hear my 9-year old daughter ask, “Daddy, what does that mean, ‘Stop here for a good f**k.’” It’s life I know, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. Too bad ‘freedom from free speech’ isn’t also on the list next to, ‘freedom of free speech.’
