Steps to reproduce this issue:
Hello, I’m @cgtvalencia and we have a waze for cities account. Since the last system update, no allows you to save events.
We follow the procedure of completing the event data and when you select “save” a message appears “Choose a lock level of 4 or more for your event” and does not allow saving the event.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. I will reach out to you when I have more details. But based on the error message, it will work in case you submit this event with L4 user (and set an event lock level as L4). Maybe you can ask somebody with higher level to help while I gather more info here.
So, I checked the configuration: in Spain the minimum required level for events creation/editing is L4.
Does this answer mean that you think it’s “WAD”, working as designed?
If so, would you recommend that we hand out L4 accounts to all cities and partners? Or would you rather we lose all cities / partners? Because that’s what I’d consider a likely consequence of this new “feature”.

We’re also experiencing this error in Brazil. We have received several reports from partners and map editors, regardless of the level of editing, about this error in creating events.

Hi. The fix was prepared and it passed internal testing already, so we are planning to deploy the fix to Production tomorrow. I will update you when it’s done.
