Sorry, don’t know and can’t find where else to ask - but when I use Waze in Italy this summer, will it give me directions in English? I don’t understand Italian. Thanks! :oops:
Waze has two possibilities of giving directions… one reading street names and other giving only directions…
Reading street names is only available in the local language, so if you are in Italy will be available only in Italian… you can change however to any language you want but without reading street names…
In any case, check whether Samantha or Tom voices are available, as they are in most non English Speaking countries…
In brief: adjustments > sound > voice language > English (US) Samantha (or TOM)… if not available, just take English (US) 
Grazie! I kind of expected street names to be in Italian (since they are)…but the other directions, warnings, etc. I was hoping I could have in English. I guess I could learn driving Italian over the next few weeks - there must be an app for that…haha…

If you select one English voice and you do not select the option + street name, all prompt will be in english
