Waze Map Missing Exit Road from Bridgeport-Port Jeff Ferry

I’m writing to alert an issue of a missing departure road from the Bridgeport-Port Jefferson Ferry terminal in downtown Bridgeport. This location is a half-block from my apartment in downtown Bridgeport, so I see it all the time. The issue is: Do we add the departure lane from the ferry slip serving traffic from Port Jefferson, L.I.,N.Y., exiting the ferry and moving out to Water Street?

I’ve prepared two images to illustrate the point. I believe a Level 5 editor is needed because the ferry is a major transportation facility. (Actually, I don’t know exactly why a Level 5 editor is needed; I’m making an assumption here.)

An image showing downtown Bridgeport and the area in focus may be found in my Evernote notebook here:

PARTY AT DOUG’S HOUSE - see first evernote link… (you may want to take that down).

Added in that connector road… Are vehicles forced to exit that way or can they go out the main (entrance) road as well?

It’s locked at a 5 for a few reasons - Waze only recently started to support ferries. They weren’t even connected to the road network until a few months ago (a request from the staff as they start rolling out the features needed to fully support ferries).

Also, I’m taking your phone number & email address from your post - I don’t think you want to be spammed from a bot that crawled the forum. You can add your email address to your forum profile so people can use the form to email you (but the bots can’t get your address).
