Good morning, my name is Stephen Rock & I am the GIS Specialist for Montgomery Township. Our town is a Waze Partner and I use Waze to update the public on road closures, however I do not have access to make edits to the map itself. There are numerous errors and outdated information for our town on Waze and I would like to update them with our authoritative street & address info, but am unable to do so. Is it possible to get editing access? Thank you.

This is for basic editing. I don’t know much about municipal partners having greater privileges. There is a basic Level system to maintain system to the edit process.
I am signed up as an editor but I have no areas that are editable. From what I am reading, editors are able to edit areas near where they have traveled with the app. My issue is I do not use Waze myself, I just make road closure updates as a service for residents of the town. Is there any other way to be added as an editor for my town?
