We invite you to register for this year’s Waze Romania community meetup.
When?

Accommodation
Waze usually provides accommodation at the hotel where the meeting will take place for ONLY ONE NIGHT!
Transportation
Waze covers transportation costs. If you are coming by plane (although I don’t think this will be the case for many of you), please mention it in the registration form. If you are coming by car, keep your receipts for reimbursement. I recommend bringing the receipts with you and refueling before the event so you can hand them over to the Waze team on the spot, so you don’t have to mail them to their headquarters in Israel. For reimbursement, you will also need to have a PayPal account.
Coming with a guest?
You will have to cover the additional meal costs (breakfast). Details will be announced once we have them.
Want to stay for more nights?
Either stay at the same hotel (but mention it in the form) or find accommodation individually (recommended) at a hotel or guesthouse in the area. Waze covers a second night of accommodation if the drive home by car takes more than 4 hours.
Schedule
We meet and SOCIALIZE! We believe this is one of the goals of this meeting. Everyone can stay according to their availability.
Saturday, November 22nd:
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 9:00 AM the Meetup starts and ends at… (4:00–5:00 PM - an estimate, we don’t have a fixed schedule yet).
There will be coffee breaks and snacks every 1-2 hours.
Around 2:00–3:00 PM there will be a lunch break (provided by Waze), also at the hotel.
After the lunch break, there will be final discussions, a Q&A session, cocktails, and more.

Departure.
We estimate that the meeting will end around 3:00–4:00 PM.

Any Waze editor.
How many spots are available?
Maximum 20 participants.
What if there are more registrants than available spots?
The Waze team will make the final selection, and you will be notified if you have been selected.
Participation is also possible via Google Meet.
What is being discussed?
There will be various presentations about what Waze is currently doing, what it plans to do, and, most importantly, listening to your issues and, as much as possible, providing an answer either on the spot or later.

We recommend announcing a specific topic or question you want to ask in advance.
