Waze search result in UK goes to wrong location

Steps to reproduce this issue:
I have had a UR recently, where a Waze user is having issues with navigation and search results for the address “335 Shadwell Ln”. This is in Leeds in the north of England.

The Waze app offers results in this area, with the above search term, for 335 Shadwell Ln Leeds and 335 Shadwell Ln Moortown Leeds. The first search result takes you to the correct location, the second takes you to an incorrect location some 1.2km away.

I have interrogated WME and can find no record of the incorrect location in WME. Having further reviewed these two searches in Google Maps, I find that they both go to the correct location, so this issue isn’t to do with Waze falling back on Google Maps search results.

I have been assisted to further troubleshoot this by one of the UK Country Managers, who has been unable to narrow down the issue. He has encouraged me to report this here, as it is believed there may be a database issue either in the Waze or Google Maps backend.
