If waze provide a device (no display, pendrive sized, SIM supported),with waze application, battery or usb powered, i will buy and place on up to 10 cars driving through Kerala n Tamil Nadu states. Have any idea about these type of devices ?

I’m not sure what you are asking for, but Waze is freely downloadable as an app in Google Play store and Apple Store. Some use iPads to have a larger screen.

A waze running device thats looking like pen drive and will be able to work the power from usb.
Do you mean something that will only provide voice directions? Is there any other device like this that already exists?
No need of any voice directions. its simply works like a tab, that opened with waze.
Needs to only collect vehicle speed, traffic, new roads to waze 
It’s a cool idea, but, even if it did exist, I don’t think drivers would want to use something that doesn’t give them any perceivable benefit, don’t you think?

Drivers haven’t any benefit but editors can be add more roads to map.
