Waze support map update request: Address changes/complaints

Address is leading to suburb Chermside, but far away from the location.

Hi all.

I am the person who requested the edit.

The issue is that when a person puts 725 Gympie Rd into Waze, the only option is for Aspley. Even if they were to put in 725 Gympie Rd Chermside, it will direct to 725 Gympie Rd Aspley. This is leading to customers showing up to an address where our business is not located, and potentially assuming that we no longer exist.

Ok, so still no solution to my map issue.

I have added an attachment of my current location (725 Gympie Rd, Chermside Qld Australia, 4032) and where it directs me if I put that address in, in the hopes that it is a bit clearer what I am needing fixed.

Really need a solution to this issue, as this is a business address, and we have regular phone calls asking where we are located as Waze sends them to the incorrect address.(unavailable attachment: Waze.png)
