  • I’ve moved into a new build flat. My post code IS TN12 6GS.When the post code shows up on your map it’s at the wrong location. Five minutes away.The location of our new flats is 1-24 hop Pocket is situated at 59 Maidstone Road, TN12 6GS. They are next door to the Masonic hall at 57 Maidstone road

@wazecsforum Assuming you have informed the user that you don’t bother to support postcode navigation. As per forum posting rules you should provide a permalink to the location of the issue. If you don’t know how to create a permalink you should reach out to your manager who will provide the correct training for you.
