Waze support map update request: [Address changes/complaints]

Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf.

If users search 11 Shetland Place, Mudgeeraba, directions on Waze are incorrectly telling people to stop at 11 Umpara Crescent. Please adjust the directions to 11 Shetland Place Mudgeeraba to the correct spot on Shetland Place.

I have added addresses to the map and these will go live in the next address update (allow at least a week). Make sure you remove any saved addresses and search or navigation history before trying again.

This will fix the problem in the Waze app but not the Live Map. The Live Map uses Google address pins in its searches. I have requested changes to the location of these pins but you will need to follow this up in Google Maps in a week or so.
