Waze support map update request [address update on the map wherein the user was routed in a wrong address]

Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

This is the user’s request: Address update on the map

User’s verbatim - Hi, There is a problem with the address of our organisation ARLU in Belgium. When you put ARLU in Waze then you see the address in Ardooie (Ter Vlucht 2, 8850 Ardooie - Belgium). But when you actually drive to the destination then you will be directed to our former address in Kruishoutem (Bankstraat 2, 9770 Kruisem). Can you please contact me to solve this problem? Beste,

We hebben het adres aangepast in Waze. Let op ook in Google Maps staat het nog foutief onder de benaming “Argenta Alu”.

Om de juiste locatie te krijgen in Waze, moet je dit POI eerst verwijderen uit uw favorieten en historiek. Daarna kan je het terugtoevoegen.
