The owner/s preferred to do it themselves. [The user’s request content] - Hi we own a business and One of our customers added us to your site…. This is something we would rather of done ourselves, this way we can edit the content , pictures ect….Can you please help me remove it so we can add our business instead. Thank you!

We generally don’t remove information if it’s correct. It’s one of the 3 goals of editing - Retention. Having the place there, and linked to the external provider, means routing will be correct. If we remove the place that was added, we can’t guarantee routing is correct.
Please let them know they are welcome to edit what has been added. Local editors will approve the edits after they are submitted.
I did remove a picture of the inside as it does not follow our guidelines on images. Other details have been added as well (address, phone, etc).
