Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

The user’s request content:

The route to my house (8 Hilltop Long Crendon HP18 9AT) is always wrong. It takes me to a road called Abbott Ridge, which is behind my house. I presume it’s because this road has been drawn closer to my house than it actually is. The correct place to stop is on Hilltop, in front.

My query has nothing to do with searching, but more about your incorrect routing.

I use the Waze app to navigate to my home (8 Hilltop, Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire HP18 9AT - UK).

Example today: November 27 at 13:07 (GMT). Attached is a screenshot showing what route Waze suggests I take to Hilltop - which is completely wrong. Where my arrow car icon is located in the screenshot is the correct place - on Hilltop!

Hi there, I have made the corrections needed here and in a few days, when the map updates, this should now work correctly.

Please remember, you will need to delete any old searches for this address and do a new one so it uses the new information.
