Hi,

We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf.

Your directions to my home at 20 Haines Rd, Stockton, NJ 08559 are wrong. They take people to a house on a different road from which there is no access to our house. To access 20 Haines Rd, the GPS has to direct people to our driveway entrance which is on Haines Rd right next to 18 Haines Rd (east of it, same side of Haines Rd).

Thanks to your report we have found and fixed a problem with the map. The fix should reach mobile devices within a few days. On rare occasions it can take closer to a week. IMPORTANT step: Please remove any instance of this address from your history and favorites by tapping the ‘3 dots’ and then ‘Remove’. Then search for the address. If you don’t remove the old results from your navigation or favorites, you will continue to be routed to the old coordinates. Please verify functionality and let me know,

Thanks. Almost there. The address marker seems now displayed in the right spot (the entrance of my driveway), but is shown as being in Delaware Township (probably because that is what it is is on the other side of Haines Rd), but my house is actually East Amwell Township with a Stockton address (ie, 20 Haines Rd, Stockton).

Please wait 2-3 days to propagate all changes to the app. Then remove it from your app again and test.
